Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Your order will be processed and shipped soon. Once the order has shipped, how quickly you receive, it depends on the selected shipping method. Estimated total delivery dates are provided below; they are estimated only, and we do not guarantee the delivery date.
Delivery time (processing time NOT included)
California: 1-3 business days
States outside of California: 2-6 business days
Hawaii and remote areas: 3-8 business days
Yamato Transport USA: 7-10 business days
USPS First Class Package International: 6-21 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-9 business days
Q. Shipping carrier lost my order. Can you resend the items?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with any issues that the shipping carrier caused (ex: lost packages, delayed delivery, etc.) With the shipping fee, we can reship your order: please get in touch with email@example.com.
Note: We will try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, but please remember that shipping situations will be unpredictable during the holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Q. Has my order shipped? How can I track my order?
A. You will receive a tracking number automatically generated when your package leaves our facility. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 7 days of placing your order, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. Can you not put a receipt in the box since it’s a gift?
A. We usually include the packing slip, but the price is not listed.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Before the pandemic, we shipped globally. However, due to COVID-19, we currently only ship to the US, Canada, and Japan. We hope to be able to ship globally again & will keep our customers updated!
Q. How long is the shelf life?
A. The shelf life is around 40 days, but please refer to the expiration date attached to the bottom of the box.

A. The ingredients list is listed on each product page.
Q. What is the local pickup window?
A. The pickup is available from 12-3pm, Monday-Friday in South Bay. *except holidays
