Q. When can I expect to receive my order?
A. Your order will be processed and shipped soon. Once the order has shipped, how quickly you receive it depends on the shipping method selected. Estimated total delivery dates are provided below. They are estimated only and we do not guarantee the delivery date.

We started selling “I CHERRY YOU” box of which proceeds will be donated to AAPI community. Thanks to the overwhelming amount of supports we are receiving more orders than we expected. At present, our processing time is taking longer than usual. Thank you for your patience. We will notify you once your order is shipped.

Q. Has my order shipped? How can I track my order?
A. You will receive a tracking number that is automatically generated when your package leaves our facility. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 7 days of placing your order, please contact to email@example.com.
Q. Can you not put a receipt in the box since it’s a gift?
A. We usually do include packing slip, but price is not listed.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. Before the pandemic, we shipped globally. However due to COVID-19, we currently only ship to the US, Canada, Japan, and Mexico. We hope to be able to ship globally again & will keep our customers updated!
Q. How long is the shelf life?
A. Products can be kept in a dark and cool place for 30 days (keeping in a refrigerator is recommended but not required.)
