For optimal flavor and freshness, we recommend referring to our BEST BY date labeled on the back of each box:
- Candies with dried flowers or jam will expire 1 month after the BEST BY date.

- All other candies will expire 2 months after the BEST BY date.

- Expiration Date: This is the final date recommended for consuming the product safely while ensuring its quality.
- Best By Date: It's the date suggested by the manufacturer (Misaky.Tokyo) for enjoying the candies at their freshest and most flavorful.
Shipping & Delivery

A. Your order will be processed and shipped soon. Once the order has shipped, how quickly you receive, it depends on the selected shipping method.
Estimated total delivery dates are provided below; they are estimated only, and we do not guarantee the delivery date.
Note: We will try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, but please remember that shipping situations will be unpredictable during the holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Delivery time (processing time NOT included)
Domestic- California: 1-3 business days
- States outside of California: 2-6 business days
- Hawaii and remote areas: 3-8 business days
International
- Yamato Transport USA: 7-10 business days
USPS First Class Package International: 6-21 business days - USPS Priority Mail International: 6-9 business days
